What vaccinations do you require?
We require all dogs in our care to be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. We accept both the DHPP and DHLPP vaccine.
How old must dogs be to attend daycare, boarding, or be groomed?
Dogs and puppies must be 20 weeks or older and fully up to date on their vaccinations to attend Daycare, Board overnight, or receive Grooming services.
What are your hours?
Our lobby hours for pick up & drop off of boarding and daycare dogs are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday boarding drop off & pick up are by appointment only between the hours of 7:00 am - 1:00 pm in the morning, and 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the evening.
Do you allow aggressive dogs to attend daycare?
No, we do not permit dog aggressive dogs to join our daycare. Dogs with a history of biting other dogs are not permitted.
Do you allow aggressive dogs to be boarded?
We can accommodate some forms of aggression during a dog’s boarding stay. We do not permit dogs who have bitten people to board. If your dog is unable to be with other dogs we may be able to accommodate their special needs and ask that you call for more information, 216-291-DOGS (3647).
What kind of dog training do you offer?
We offer obedience training for dogs ages 6 months and older in our unique home-based board and train program. The focus of our program is to create reliable obedience that you are able to easily use at home to enjoy your time with your pet. We do not provide training for dog aggression, human aggression, or other dangerous behaviors.
Do you offer payment plans for your training programs?
We do not offer installment plans. We require a $400 deposit to reserve your program, the balance of 50% of your total program cost is due at drop off, the remaining 50% balance is due at your send home lesson.
How many training programs do you conduct at one time?
We book a maximum of 2 programs per month. Our unique home-based method hyper focuses on your dog’s entire day, we limit our enrollment to allow us to give our 110% to you and your dog’s goals.
What training methods do you use?
We use balanced training methods, this means we use all 4 quadrants of operant conditioning. We use food rewards, physical praise, verbal praise, and state of the art e-collar stimulation to accomplish this. By use of positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement we create clear communication.
